KINGLAND started in 2021 with a bold move from Legal and General. They offered ten refurbished units to local businesses with no rent or business rates for the first two years. This gave Poole’s creative community the space to flourish. It revived the street and brought fresh energy to what was once a quiet corner of The Dolphin.
Since then, local brands have continued to grow here and we’ve welcomed exciting new independents to the mix. Every unit is run by someone who genuinely cares about what they sell and who they sell it to. From fashion and homeware to gifts and wellness, the offer keeps evolving. Shopping here keeps money in Poole and supports real livelihoods in this town.
