Our KINGLAND community launched in 2021, following a bold decision from Legal & General: ten refurbished units would be offered to local businesses with no rent or business rates to pay for the first two years. The initiative provided space for the creative community to flourish, which revived the area and brought new vibrancy to the previously empty street.
