Wheelchairs and Mobility Support

We have a small selection of wheelchairs available for use in and around The Dolphin. These are free to use and available upon request on a first come first served basis. To arrange one, call us on 01202 339951 or speak to any member of The Dolphin team during your visit.

Disabled Parking at The Dolphin Poole

Accessibility The Dolphin Poole visitors can count on extends to parking too. There are 68 disabled parking spaces available across the shopping centre, spread across several locations for convenient access.

The multi-storey car park holds 35 spaces across levels B, E and F, with access into the centre via the Link Mall and the Service Road. Along the service road there are a further 15 spaces providing easy access to the bus station and the shopping centre entrance.

Two additional spaces in the car park offer access via the lift between Next and Sports Direct. A further two spaces sit under the spiral leading to car park 1, with access to the centre via Falkland Square. Finally under Towngate Bridge there are 14 more parking spaces also connecting to Falkland Square.
