Caring for someone you love takes a lot out of you. This Carers Week the team from Adult Social Care Services will be in GATHER offering friendly guidance, practical support and information about the services available to carers across the area.
Whether you look after a family member or a friend, drop in for a chat, ask the questions on your mind and find out what help is out there. There is a warm welcome for young carers too, so if you are heading home after school call in and say hello.
No need to book. Just pop in any time between 10am and 6pm.
