SUMMARY:Mental Health Awareness Week: LGBTQIA+ Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Dorset Mind for an inclusive LGBTQIA+ workshop. We will discuss how to improve your mental health and wellbeing by talking about managing anxiety and low mood\, improving self-compassion and self-esteem and building safe relationships. Find out more about MindOut Group and Mindful Rainbow Peer Support group which we run weekly in Bournemouth and Poole. \nSign up to this FREE workshop here \n  \nMental Health Awareness Week\nWe’re pleased to announce that Dorset Mind will be running a series of free workshops at 25 Kingland Crescent to offer mental health support to the local community. Each workshop will focus on different aspects of mental health\, including anxiety\, depression\, grief and loss\, as well as an inclusive LGBTQIA+ workshop. \nOn Thursday 15th May\, Dorset Mind will also host a Volunteer Information Day so you can find out more about becoming part of the team. \nThroughout the week\, you will have the opportunity to attend multiple workshops\, gaining valuable insights and resources to support your mental health and wellbeing journey. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is limited capacity for each workshop\, so booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
